Fight Like a Girl
Open to women and girls ages 10+. 360 FMA is proud to be the only studio in NW Indiana and Chicago certified to teach this system. Developed by Kym Rock this fully belted self defense system was designed to teach women how to use their strengths to take advantage of a larger attackers weaknesses. This program offers high energy, self defense and a great low impact workout. Students also learn how not to become a target by improving their awareness and confidence. Additionally no men are allowed so women can be comfortable in the training environment. This class is taught by Sensei Stacey and is a total blast!
